Armed Guard License Course
April 14, 2025 | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
This course is taught by Glen Williams, a state certified guard license teacher, and
is fully sanctioned by the state of Utah. After you complete this course, you will receive the certificate needed to apply for an unarmed Security Guard license through the state of Utah. You will learn the laws and rules pertaining to being a security guard as well as best practices to ensure success and safety in a career as a Security Guard. Our instructor has been teaching unarmed and armed Security Guard courses for over 10 years and before that he served as a Police Officer for over two decades. You will need to bring a notebook or paper to take notes if you would like but it is not required. There will be a 30-minute break for a lunch break and the class is 8 hours.
